Using descriptive-analytical method, this research tries to explain the hadiths indicating the Islamic jurisprudential citations of the Ahl al-Bayt regarding the Holy Qur’an. By stating some Islamic jurisprudential issues based on the Qur'an in addition to explaining some divine rules in the field of Qur’anic jurisprudence, the paper shows that the infallible Imams tried to teach others that using the general rules and principles of ijtihad derived from the Qur'an and methods of inference from revelation is necessary for discovering the Shari'a rulings, and other ways that do not rely on the Qur'anic principles and the prophetic tradition are the ways which lead to deviation روایات فراوانی از امامان معصوم علیهم السلام در بیان مسائل فقهی با استناد به آیات شریف قرآن در منابع حدیثی، فقهی و تاریخی بیان شده است. در این نوشته می کوشیم با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، به تبیین احادیث بیانگر استنادهای فقهی اهل بیت علیهم السلام به قرآن کریم بپردازیم و این واقعیت را بنمایانیم که آن بزرگواران با بیان برخی نکات فقهی مستند به قرآن، علاوه بر تبیین برخی احکام الهی در حوزه‌ی فقه قرآنی، کوشیدند به دیگران بیاموزند که استفاده از قواعد کلی و اصول اجتهادی متخذ از قرآن، و روش های استنباط از کلام وحی، برای کشف احکام شرعی ضروری است و راه های دیگر که متکی به مبانی قرآنی و سنت نبوی نیست، راه انحراف است.  https://qoranshenakht.nashriyat.ir/sites/qoranshenakht.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_21.pdf
