abstract = {In the twentieth century, we witness various attitudes in different fields such as hermeneutics, literary theory, and semiotics a common point of which is opposing interpretive intentionalism. According to them, the intention of the author does not play any role in the process of understanding and interpreting the text, and we should not take the real purpose and the intended meaning of the author as the goal and objective of semantic encounter with the text. On the other hand, author orientedness and interpretive intentionalism is one of the major characteristics of the acceptable and prevalent theory of interpretation among the Muslim scholars. The present article seeks two objectives. First it is an attempt to study and criticize the major reasons of the opponents of interpretive intentionalism defending the essential role of the intention of the author in the process of reading the text. abstract_fa ={در قرن بیستم در حوزه های مختلفی نظیر هرمنوتیک، نظریه‌ی ادبی و نشانه شناسی شاهد ظهور گرایش های متنوعی هستیم که یکی از وجوه اشتراک آنها تقابل با «قصد گرایی تفسیری» است. از نظر آنها قصد و نیت مؤلف سهمی در فرایند فهم و تفسیر متن ندارد و نباید مراد جدی و معنای مقصود مؤلف را هدف و غایت مواجهه‌ی معنایی با متن قرار داد. از سوی دیگر مؤلف محوری و قصد گرایی تفسیری از مشخصه های اصلی نظریه‌ی تفسیری مقبول و رایج در میان عالمان مسلمان است. مقاله‌ی حاضر دو هدف اصلی را دنبال می کند: نخست می کوشد مهم ترین ادله‌ی مخالفان قصدگرایی تفسیری را بررسی و نقد و از محوریت قصد مؤلف در فرایند قرائت متن دفاع کند: آنگاه تقریری از قصدگرایی تفسیری ارائه دهد که از آسیب و نارسایی های برخی تقریرها از مؤلف محوری در امان باشد.},
