Using historical-analytical method, this article studies his scientific personality in the field of Qur’anic sciences. The research findings indicate that most of Ayatullah Ma’refat's scientific activities in the field of Qur'anic sciences have been carried out in the Qom seminary. He is the author of numerous books including Qur’anic studies and the author of the encyclopedia "Al-Tamhid fi Ulum al-Qur'an", which is famous in the Muslim world. Ayatullah Ma’refat's Qur’anic- scientific thoughts and researches have some basic characteristics including problem-centeredness, need-awareness, scholasticism, fairness orientation, following approximation, foresightedness, free thinking and innovative thinking. He has presented influential views and opinions on some issues of Qur’anic sciences, such as collection and compilation regarding the Qur’an, recitations of the Qur’an, abrogation of the Quran, interpretation of the Quran, and protection of the Quran from distortion, which is the subject of attention and reference by researchers of Islamic and Qur’anic sciences. In the field of the Qur’anic sciences, he devoted himself to the education of a generation of young scholars and prepared the ground for establishing the foundation of numerous educational and research centers in this field in Qom and in Iran. آیت‌الله محمدهادی معرفت (1309ـ1385) از علمای شناخته شده تفسیر و علوم قرآن حوزه‌ی علمیه‌ی قم در سده چهاردهم شمسی است. این مقاله با روش تحلیلی ـ تاریخی به بررسی شخصیت علمی ایشان در عرصه علوم قرآن می‌پردازد. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی است که غالب فعالیت‌های علمی آیت‌الله معرفت در زمینه علوم قرآن در حوزه‌ی علمیه‌ی قم رقم خورده و به ثمر رسیده است. او دارای تالیفات متعدد قرآن‌پژوهی و صاحب موسوعه «التمهید فی علوم القرآن» است که در جهان اسلام آوازه دارد. اندیشه‌ها و پژوهش‌های علمی قرآنی آیت‌الله معرفت دارای ویژگی اساسی است: مسئله محوری، نیازآگاهی، مکتب گرایی، انصاف مداری، تقریب گرایی، آینده نگری، آزاد اندیشی و نواندیشی. وی دیدگاه‌ها و نظرات تأثیرگذاری در برخی از مباحث علوم قرآن مانند جمع و تالیف قرآن، قرائات قرآن، نسخ قرآن، تاویل قرآن و صیانت قرآن از تحریف عرضه کرده است که مورد توجه و عنایت و رجوع پژوهشگران علوم اسلامی و قرآنی است. ایشان همچنین در زمینه علوم قرآن، به تربیت نسلی از فضلای جوان همت گماشت و زمینه‌ساز تأسیس مراکز آموزشی و پژوهشی متعدد در این رشته در قم و ایران شد. https://qoranshenakht.nashriyat.ir/sites/qoranshenakht.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5000623-1716704895.pdf
