abstract = {One of the fundamental questions in the field of leadership concerns the identification of the cognitive, attitudinal, and behavioral characteristics that distinguish successful leaders in guiding society toward excellence. This question has occupied the minds of many researchers and has elicited a variety of responses. In religious sources, and particularly in the Holy Quran, there exist comprehensive models of leadership that address this question. Moses (PBUH), as one of the most prominent divine leaders, possesses specific attributes the analysis of which can facilitate the cultivation of exemplary leaders in Islamic society. In this study, the verses of the Holy Quran related to the personality traits of Moses (PBUH) have been collected, and through a descriptive-analytical method, their implications regarding the cognitive and attitudinal characteristics of leadership have been examined. The findings reveal that the characteristics of Moses (PBUH) may be categorized into three principal axes: (1) cognitive characteristics, including knowledge acquisition, wisdom, and intellectual capacity; (2) attitudinal characteristics, encompassing love for God, positive expectation (husn al-zann) toward God, spiritual tranquility, expansiveness of heart (sharḥ al-ṣadr), detachment from worldly attachments, self-cultivation, moral attractiveness, sincerity, dignity, and capability; and (3) cognitive-attitudinal characteristics, including heartfelt belief in divine assistance and positive expectation toward God.},

abstract_fa ={یکی از پرسش‌های اساسی در حوزة رهبری، شناخت ویژگی‌های بینشی، گرایشی و رفتاری متمایزکنندة رهبران موفق در هدایت جامعه به‌سوی تعالی است. این پرسش ذهن محققان بسیاری را به خود مشغول کرده و پاسخ‌های متنوعی در پی داشته است. در منابع دینی و به‌ویژه قرآن کریم، الگوهای کاملی از رهبری وجود دارد که پاسخگوی این پرسش است. حضرت موسی(ع) به‌عنوان یکی از برجسته‌ترین رهبران الهی، دارای ویژگی‌های خاصی است که تحلیل آنها می‌تواند راهگشای تربیت رهبران متعالی در جامعة اسلامی باشد. در این پژوهش، آیات قرآن کریم مرتبط با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی حضرت موسی(ع) گردآوری و با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، دلالت‌های آنها در حوزة ویژگی‌های بینشی و گرایشی رهبر بررسی شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد ویژگی‌های حضرت موسی(ع) در سه محور اصلی قابل دسته‌بندی است: ۱. ویژگی‌های بینشی، شامل علم‌آموزی، حکمت و توانمندی فکری؛ ۲. ویژگی‌های گرایشی، شامل محبت به خداوند، خوش‌گمانی به خدا، آرامش روحی، شرح صدر، عدم دلبستگی به دنیا، خودسازی، جذابیت اخلاقی، اخلاص، آبرومندی و توانمندی؛ 3. ویژگی‌های بینشی ـ گرایشی، شامل باور قلبی به نصرت الهی و خوش‌گمانی به خداوند.},
