Abstract:
Using descriptive-analytical method and library resources, this paper aims at investigating the secret of different calls for charity in the Qur'an based on the fact that there are three calls for charity in the Qur'an. The initial stage of calls for infaq begins by addressing the infidels indirectly by drawing a triangle (God, the Provider; divine sustenance; and the one giving in charity). In the middle stage, the Qur'an's calls upon its followers to give in charity and forms a direct communication between God the Almighty and all of His believing servants, by drawing the same triangle, of course. The final stage is the most noble call for infaq in the form of a direct address of God Almighty, especially those believing in his last prophet, by inducing the successorship of believers for the Glorious God in the form of the God-pleasing act of giving in charity to the other servants of God. In this noblest call for infaq in the Qur'an, there is no sign of the aforementioned triangle, but rather by inducing the monotheistic vision of God's successorship in the position of divine actions, the independence of the donating believer and the sustenance to be donated in relation to their original owner (God, the Glorious) has been ignored and "successorship-based infaq " (infaq-e Istikhlafi) - not only infaq of divine sustenance - has been brought up. In the Qur'an, the effect of successorship-based infaq is to join the believers who are God's friend
