Abstract:
Ayashi's interpretation is one of the most important sources of Shia interpretative narrations left over from the 3rd and 4th centuries of Hijri. Some of this book's deficiencies, which are mostly related to the sanad of its hadiths, has obscured the status of this work and the author's efforts. Using a "textual research" method in this research, and categorizing and analyzing the content of some of the hadiths of this work and comparing them with the hadiths left over from the Safavid era, it was found that nearly seven hundred hadiths have reached us only through this book and the sources remaining from before the Safavid era lacks this number of hadith; and these hadiths were republished in later sources, only through Ayashi's interpretation. Therefore, we owe the preservation and protection of this number of hadiths and our access to them today to Ayashi’s effort and his interpretation, as well as to the one who copied this book and provided access to it for future generations.
