The Holy Qur'an introduces itself as a book of guidance to the path of worship and uses various methods to make man achieve the status of servitude. Using one of the principles of action is among these methods. Through granting special knowledge, this revelatory source uses the principles of action to create motivation for performing one’s duties and attaining the highest degrees of servitude. This study seeks to investigate how the Holy Quran grants knowledge and uses the principles of action in order to create motivation for achieving the highest degrees of servitude. The results of this "descriptive-analytical" research show that the Holy Quran grants knowledge in a completely purposeful way and takes into account the principles of action, such as conception, acknowledgment of usefulness and enthusiasm, and seeks to motivate human beings in the path of worship. The Holy Qur'an also has a special effect on strengthening the inner tendencies and desires that are in line with worship. The Holy Qur'an’s granting knowledge also has an important effect on weakening the inner desires and tendencies that are opposed to servitude
