Some Qur'anic scholars such as Nakonam and Ayatollah Marafet have considered the language of the Qur'an as an address, and in the form of this idea about the continuity of the contents of the surahs of the Qur'an, they have believed that, firstly, different parts of a surah are not necessarily related to each other, and secondly, it causes different contents to be placed next to each other. Each other, in the form of the surah, is merely the symmetry of their theme in society at the time of revelation. Now the question is, is it possible to accept this viewpoint about the quality of the communication of the verses in the surahs of the Quran? In response to this question and the examination of this point of view, which is formed on the one hand on the basis of "matching the arrangement of the verses in all surahs according to the order of their revelation" and on the other hand, its acceptance on the validity of topics such as the knowledge of relationships and thematic unity of the surahs of the Qur'an and structural interpretation. It has an effect, criticisms are raised. First of all, the basis of this concept, which is the matching of the order of the verses in the surahs according to the order of their revelation, cannot be proven in all the surahs of the Qur'an. Secondly, the examples listed in this view, in order to prove the thematic discontinuity in the surahs of the Qur'an, have connections in the context of their design in the surah and they do not have the power to prove the existence of thematic discontinuity in the surahs of the Qur'an. Thirdly, accepting this point of view means accepting the lack of wisdom in one of God's actions, and therefore it cannot be accepted. As a result, it should be said that the arrangement of the verses in the surahs of the Qur'an is more subject to the time and circumstances of revelation than it is subject to divine wisdom.
